1. Program description

The Freight One Enterprises LLC dba Next Way Driver Job Text Program sends text messages to truck driver job applicants who opt in at https://www.foenterprises.com/driver-texts/index.html. Messages include updates about your driver job application (application received confirmations, interview and orientation scheduling, and document requests) and, if you separately opt in, marketing messages about driver job openings and recruiting offers.

2. Consent

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of employment.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Next Way does not charge for text messages.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7. Your obligations
